I am the chef/owner of the pub n sub in Reno NV, and cooking has always been a passion of mine.  I am constantly telling all kinds of people small tidbits of information about cooking, whether they want to hear it or not.  I figured this would be a great outlet for me to share my 15 years of experience and expertiese for those of you who would like to know anything about cooking, be it history, technique, or just a good recipe.  So, if you have any questions at all about food or cooking, please post your question here and I will answer your questions to the best of my abilities (which are quite substatial:).  I think food and cooking are more than just sustenance, but a common ground that we all share.  Meal time is a time of letting go of all your daily problems, sitting down and breaking your fast with the ones you love.  So people, lets get this discussion rolling!!!  I have a lot to share and would love to learn from you guys as well.  Other chefs or just home cooks are all welcome.  Let us come together here and share the knowledge we all posses to help make us all better cooks and become more passionate about the food we put into our bodies.

Food and Beverage Ideas
